We would like to warmly thank everyone who took the time to respond to the sustainability survey. We received valuable information on how our clients perceive sustainability and our role in it. We received responses from all our products. We promised to donate 1 euro for each response to Mieli Ry. The total donation amount is 300 euros.
Clients consider sustainability important, and our goal is to communicate about it even more. In our survey, 87.6% of respondents considered sustainability important or very important (4-5/5). 67.5% of respondents felt that Visma Solutions' products support responsible business well or very well.
Responses highlighted that sustainability has become a central value influencing product choice. Alternatives are weighed from a sustainability perspective: when two products are otherwise equally good, the more sustainable option is preferred despite the price difference.
Based on the survey, topics related to sustainability were also desired through customer service and training. Responses requested tips on how to develop one's own operations or encourage one's own clients towards sustainable development. Additionally, more information was requested on social responsibility, Visma Solutions' own sustainability actions, and sustainability in general. We will bring these themes more prominently in the future.
What next?
- More communication about our sustainability: The survey requested more communication about Visma Solutions' sustainability. We want to share more about it in the future.
- Accessibility of training: A clearer division between past and upcoming training sessions was requested in the Opi environment. We have made this a development request to the system provider. We also received ideas worth trying for new forms of training implementation and will explore them next.
