Permissions:

  • The Analytics tab is visible only to the organization's main users defined in the FabricAI portal.
  • The organization can have multiple main users.
  • The main user can grant main user rights to another user Organization > Users tab.

Tab location:

  • If you have sufficient permissions, Analytics tab appears as its own menu item in the upper left menu.

Terms appearing in analytics explained

  • “No-touch”: This figure indicates how many purchase invoice details the automation has successfully pre-filled completely without human corrections.
  • “No-Look”: This term refers to purchase invoices that the automation has processed entirely without human inspection.
  • “Homepage: No-Look rate”: This is a calculated value that indicates the proportion of automatically processed invoices (No-Look) of all the organization's / team's invoices.
  • “Invoice-specific figures: Seconds per invoice”: This metric calculates the average active time a user spends in the FabricAI portal making changes to an individual purchase invoice.
  • “Company comparison: Could have been completed automatically”: This indicates that the client did not have progressive automation in use during the analytics period. Therefore, No-Look invoices have not been formed, but there is potential for automatic invoice processing.

Q&A – Frequently asked questions

  • Question: Why have more invoices arrived than processed?
    • Answer: Analytics often examine data for one calendar month. It is possible that invoices have, for example, arrived at the end of the month, causing their processing to fall into the next month.
  • Question: Why might No-Look and No-touch differ significantly?
    • Answer: A large difference with a high No-Look rate and a low No-touch rate often indicates that your organization has many routine invoices that are easily handled by automation (high No-Look). However, more complex invoices require significant manual changes (low No-touch).
    • Conversely, if No-touch is high but No-Look is low, it may indicate that there is room for improvement in the purchase invoice process. This may be due to inconsistent invoice sources or too low an automation maximum total, causing a large portion of invoices to require human inspection, even if direct corrections are not needed.
  • Question: What is the difference between the No-look rate and the No-look rate in the portal?
    • Answer: The general No-Look rate is calculated from all invoices passing through FabricAI. However, the portal's No-Look rate figure does not take into account those clients who only use background automation, nor those invoices that are not processed in the FabricAI portal.
  • Question: The client has been connected for over 2 months, why have no automatically completed invoices been generated, but could have been completed invoices appear in the company comparison?
    • Answer: There can be three reasons for this: The client has transitioned to progressive automation in the middle of the month, allowing potential to form before the automation started. The user may have completely turned off progressive automation in the settings. Or the user may have temporarily turned off progressive automation for the specific analytics period.
