Giving keywords to the AI

Sometimes the calculation target itself is not pre-named in a way that the name includes the identifier visible on invoices, and for some reason, it is not desired to add it to the calculation target's name. The situation might be that the actual name of the calculation target is, for example, a place name like "Kaakinmaa," but the need for this calculation target appears differently on invoices. For example, you want to calculate the costs of a specific phone subscription or car for this calculation target. 

In such cases, we recommend adding keywords to the calculation targets in the accounting program.

Keywords are words that can appear in different forms and as part of other word combinations, but they still refer to a specific calculation target. Keywords are useful when a calculation target has multiple names or references. Common use cases for keywords are, for example, registration numbers or phone numbers that belong to a specific calculation target. The same keyword can be used for multiple calculation targets if necessary, but this is not recommended.

How do I set up a calculation target in Procountor and Fennoa?

In Procountor and Fennoa, you can set up keywords for a calculation target in its own field in addition to its name.
